I watched my father, Raymond Croniser, build his residential construction company, Croniser Construction Corp., into a reputable brand in the local real estate market. This laid the groundwork for my own foray into the industry. My hands-on experience with the family business, from preparing contracts to assisting with color selections and preparing homes for walk-throughs, provided me with a solid foundation in real estate.
In addition, I've played a pivotal role in managing and supporting my husband's building and contracting company. This exposure to different aspects of the industry has broadened my understanding of real estate and honed my skills.
As an Associate Real Estate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties since 2014, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. I have been licensed since 1994 and have owned, operated, and sold two highly successful real estate brokerages.
